All orders ship for FREE, worldwide.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 days via local postal service (USPS, UPS, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc). Once shipped, with Free Tracked Shipping, your order may take 5-10 business days to arrive, sometimes longer, depending on your location.

Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.  We are based in Los Angeles, California, but we have manufacturing and distribution centers in North America, Asia, and Europe that your order may ship free on board from. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in multiple packages. 

Please double check the information you provide with your order as we are not liable for shipments sent to addresses that were provided incorrectly.  Once a package has been marked as delivered according to tracking, we are no longer liable for that package. If there are any issues, we recommend contacting the shipping agency to locate your shipment.

Orders Cancellation

Customer may request a cancellation of their order within 1 hour of placing the order; however, cancellation requests are not always guaranteed, even within the time frame stated above, if the order has already been processed.   The request must be sent through email to and no other communication method will be deemed valid.
