Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 days via local postal service (USPS, UPS, Australia Post, New Zealand Post, etc). Once shipped, with Free Tracked Shipping, your order may take 5-10 business days to arrive, sometimes longer, depending on your location.
Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We are based in Los Angeles, California, but we have manufacturing and distribution centers in North America, Asia, and Europe that your order may ship free on board from. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in multiple packages.
Please double check the information you provide with your order as we are not liable for shipments sent to addresses that were provided incorrectly. Once a package has been marked as delivered according to tracking, we are no longer liable for that package. If there are any issues, we recommend contacting the shipping agency to locate your shipment.
Our Return Policy
To return a purchase, your order must meet the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days from when your order is delivered.
- Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with original tags and packaging
How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the factory.
As we adopt sustainable and eco-friendly practices, your package will not be shipped with any paper invoices or return slips. Instead, we ask that you request your return or exchange by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org . The request must be sent through email and no other communication method will be deemed valid.
Please note, return must be requested and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order. We are not liable for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, customer must follow the instructions above. We reserve the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement.
If a promotion was applied to an order, and the order no longer fulfills the terms of the promotion, the balance will be adjusted accordingly. Please note, any orders of promotional clearance items or BOGO are final sale.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and requests that are unauthorized, not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online, and/or at our discretion.
Restocking fees may be applied.
Customer may request a cancellation of their order within 1 hour of placing the order; however, cancellation requests are not always guaranteed, even within the time frame stated above, if the order has already been processed.
